What is Gay Theatre (The Festival’s First Cultural/Educational Seminar)

INTERNATIONAL THEATRE SEMINAR
Presented by the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival.
Curator Dr. Eibhear Walshe (UCC)

World renowned Shakespearian and gay theatre expert, Professor Alan Sinfield will deliver the first ‘Dr Aiden Rogers Memorial Lecture’ on ‘What is gay theatre’. He is joined by leading academics from Sussex University, Trinity College, UCD, UCC, WIT together with international playwrights, directors and actors for presentations on Irish and international perspectives on gay theatre and a panel discussion of Festival directors, authors, actors and audience. All Welcome. Refreshments.
