THE DRESS (IRISH PREMIERE)

DRAMA, DOUBLE BILL WITH I THEE WED

Presented by STONEY ROAD FILMS, DUBLIN

‘The Dress’ hilariously depicts three very different women in a struggle to come to terms with their body image, by comically exploring ideas of beauty, sexiness, love and respect. A young beauty queen and her overbearing pageant obsessed mother – a butch lesbian and her straying lover who yearns for a more feminine sort of woman – and a middle aged party animal who makes a spectacle of herself at her daughter’s wedding. All wearing the same dress enlighten us to the truth behind ‘looking beautiful’

Venue: THE TEACHERS CLUB
Dates:-MON. 7th - SAT. 12th MAY
Time: 8pm
Double Bill Tickets: e14 for two shows (Conc. e12)
