Who Are We?
The International Dublin Gay Theatre festival is a company limited by
guarantee (Company registration number 409686). It has seven members
including:
Brian Merriman.
M Equal S (UCD), Managing Director and Artistic Director.
Brian is a theatre director, producer, actor.
John H Pickering, Administrative Director and Company Secretary, businessman and promoter
Eddie Devoy Executive Committee representative
Dr Victor Merriman, Head of Music and the performance Arts Waterford Institute of technology, former member of the Arts Council
Gearoid O Byrne, Solicitor
Roshene Pickering, Chartered Accountant
Barbara Cashen, M Equal S (UCD) Chair of the equality
Authority’s Advisory Committee on Implementing Equality
for Lesbians Gays and Bisexuals.
IDGTF is run by an Executive Committee that includes design and web
specialists, theatre, gay community and marketing experts, all who gave
their services on a full volunteer basis.
