The technical problems with online booking have now been resolved.
The problem was due to a technical problem with Realex – the system that handles secure online card payments – it was unavailable from 9am to 3:30pm. Unfortunately this issue was out of our control but we are monitoring it closely.
Note that no existing bookings were affected and all successful payments made are being processed as normal.
There may be a slight slowness when processing payments online due to a back-log of payments. If you have any questions or problems please contact us immediately email@example.com. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will honour all reservations made today while the system was unavailable and we will hold your tickets at the venues up to 5 minutes before the show start time.
